Tales of A Culinary Maestro
Born in south of France, Chef Nicolas Isnard is known for his inventive dishes inspired by his travels around the world. At the age of 27, he was awarded the ‘Young Talent’ accolade by Gault Millau. He established his own restaurant, L’Auberge de la Charme, in 2009. Within a year, the restaurant in France attained a coveted Michelin star, a testament to Isnard's culinary prowess. His culinary adventures have so far taken him to Beijing, Dubai, Moscow, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Saigon, Casablanca, Manila, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Macau.
