Born in the south of France, Chef Nicolas Isnard stands as a true luminary in the world of gastronomy. Renowned for his Michelin-starred triumphs at Auberge de la Charme, Isnard infuses each culinary creation with innovation, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. His culinary philosophy is a masterful blend of tradition and modernity, where time-honored techniques meet contemporary flair, all while showcasing his deep respect for the finest ingredients.

David Tavernier

Originating from the picturesque village of Lournand, France, Chef David Tavernier embarked on his culinary journey at the esteemed Hostellerie Bressane in Cuisery. His illustrious career has taken him to renowned establishments such as Maison Lameloise in France, Hedone in the UK, and Sofitel El Gezirah in Egypt, where he distinguished himself as Head Chef. Chef Tavernier has also demonstrated his culinary prowess with La Charme Collection Group in France and UBAY Club & Restaurants Group in Lebanon.
